We had a great little vacation to Maui! At this view point we watched whales!! That was way cool. The kids saw dolphins earlier that morning right at the beach by our condo. Willy even caught a crab at that same beach. Oh what "wild life" there is on Maui. By the way, ask Willy about the fishing on Maui next time you see him!!

Yes we made it to the top of Haleakala, by car that is. It was a beautiful trip and we were freezing at this point, lucky we got out of the car long enough to take this picture.

My Dad is bloggin' for the very first time. You go dad! (Stop Emma you are making me nervous.) He flies these flags out front to remember that his big brother is serving in Iraq. Lots of people stop me and ask me what the bottom flag is. I tell them it is a service flag that was introduced in World War II and tells that there is a family member serving in the armed forces.
I am starting to get a bit dizzy from all this blogging so I will stop.

Jessica and I decided that the camels were really cool, but over there seeing camels are probably just as cool seeing a herd of cows here. So now you can be cool on two continents. Just show people this picture and tell them if they look really close they can see cows in the background. I don't know how I got it to stop underlining everything but i did. Jessica and I are doing great we have a pretty good system worked out, work school work school work school and then cookies on Sunday. Jess already has Thanksgiving plans for us next year, up in Washington with you guys. For some reason though driving over a snowy mountain doesn't have the same risk and reward it used to, since the cute girl I used to drive over the snowy pass for lives on my side of the mountain now(Jessica). Well if you didn't get it from the picture already Thanks for everything you've done for US and look forward to visiting you when you get home.
